Vacation 2005
In August of 2005 we were able to make a trip out to California. Looking back, we are so glad we made the trip when we did. We were able to visit lots of family, we got a "new" car from Grandma, and we were able to see Grandma's House for the last time before she sold her home. While we were there we visited the Aquarium of the Pacific. Click on the picture below to visit the Aquarium's website.

Some of them were almost as big as he is and others were much bigger!!
We all got a kick out of the birds. We were even able to feed them. While Joshua wasn't interested in getting too close, he thought watching the colorful birds was lots of fun!!
We stayed with Rusty and Amanda during our visit. Above, Joshua found a lizard in their backyard.
During our visit we also headed down to Reseda to visit Grandma and Bruce. Here's Grandma in her Ford Granada. This is the car that we now own.

Not long after our visit to California Grandma and Bruce sold their home and headed to Idaho (where they now reside). This is Grandma's old house in California. A lot of memories took place in this house!
Joshua and Haley had a good time playing in Grandma's backyard. We enjoyed the perfect weather while we were there.
A great vacation!! We had lots of fun and really enjoyed visiting with our family. Thanks to all those who helped to make our vacation special!!
