As Lowell and I have made our lives here in Mesa we have gotten to know many people. Since the pageant is made up of LDS volunteers, we have had the opportunity to meet many of the pageant participants. Pictured below is our neighbor (and babysitter) Ashley. She was front and center as one of the angels in this years pageant. Not everyone can say they have an angel for a babysitter! We're certainly lucky!

Joshua was thrilled with this centurion’s sword. He asked him if he could have it. The man politely refused and explained that he needed it, but that Joshua could look at it if he wanted. Joshua thought he really needed one. He was so enthralled we had a tough time getting him to look at the camera for a picture. Ha Ha! It was pretty realistic looking. I think we'll stick with the plastic ones though!!

The day following the Easter Pageant was Easter Sunday. . .
